The judicial district Radmannsdorf ( Slovene : sodni okraj Radovljica ) was a judicial district in the Kronland Carniola, which was subordinate to the district court Radmannsdorf . It included parts of the political district Radmannsdorf (Radovljica) and was added to the state of Yugoslavia in 1919 . The judicial district Radmannsdorf comprised the largest area in 1910 and had the seventh largest population of all judicial districts in Carniola.

history

The judicial district of Radmannsdorf was created as a result of a ministerial lecture on August 6, 1849, in which the main features of the court division were determined. After the territorial division of the judicial districts and the allocation of the judicial districts to the newly established district authorities had been determined by the "Political Organizing Commission" in December 1849, the district courts of Carniola began their work on June 1, 1850. The judicial district had a population of 5,911 present in 1880, with 5,789 people reporting Slovene and 103 people using German as their colloquial language. In 1910, 21,237 people were expelled from the judicial district, of whom 20,769 spoke Slovene (97.8%) and 288 German (1.4%).

Due to the border regulations of the Treaty of Saint-Germain , concluded on September 10, 1919 , the judicial district of Neumarktl was completely added to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
