The judicial district Idria ( Slovene : sodni okraj Idrija ) was a judicial district in the Slovene crown land of Carniola, which was subordinate to the District Court of Idria . It comprised parts of the political district of Loitsch (Logatec) and was added to the state of Yugoslavia in 1919 .

history

The judicial district of Idria was created as a result of a ministerial lecture on August 6, 1849, in which the main features of the court division were laid down. After the territorial division of the judicial districts and the allocation of the judicial districts to the newly established district authorities had been determined by the "Political Organizing Commission" in December 1849, the district courts of Carniola began their work on June 1, 1850. The District Court Idria were by the provincial division of Krain in March 1850, the 42 cadastral Bresnik , Dobratschowa , Dolech , Godowitsch , Iderskilog , Jaworjoudol , Jelitschenwerch , Karnitze , Ledine , Ledinza , Lome , Mitterkanomla , Oberidra , Oberkanomla , opals , Sadlog , Sairach , Sairachberg , Schwarzenberg , Tschekaunik , Unteridra , Unterkanomla , Werch and Woiska . If Idria was initially part of the Imperial and Royal Wippach District Commission, the judicial district was added to the newly created district of Loitsch on March 10, 1687, which was formed from the former judicial district of Planina (now Loitsch) and the judicial districts of Laas and Idria.

The judicial district had a population of 14,410 present in 1880, with 14,258 people giving Slovene and 134 people German as the colloquial language. In 1910 16,876 persons were expelled from the judicial district, of whom 16,755 spoke Slovene (99.3%) and 63 German (0.4%).

Due to the border regulations of the Treaty of Saint-Germain , which was concluded on September 10, 1919 , the judicial district of Adelsberg was completely added to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.

Courthouse

The court district Idria comprised the eight municipalities Čekovnik , Dole (German: Dolech), Godovič (Godowitsch), Idrija (Idria), Žiri (Sairach), Črni Vrh (Schwarzenberg), Spodnja Idrija (Lower Idria) as a result of the merging of the cadastral municipalities into municipalities in 1910 and Vojsko .
