The judicial district Neumarktl ( Slovenian : sodni okraj Tržič ) was a judicial district in the Kronland Carniola, which was subordinate to the Neumarktl District Court . It comprised parts of the political district of Neumarktl (Tržič) and was added to the state of Yugoslavia in 1919 . The judicial district of Neumarktl comprised the second smallest area in 1910 and also had the second smallest population of all judicial districts in Carniola.

history

The judicial district of Neumarktl was created as a result of a ministerial lecture on August 6, 1849, in which the main features of the court division were determined. After the territorial division of the judicial districts and the allocation of the judicial districts to the newly established district authorities had been determined by the "Political Organizing Commission" in December 1849, the district courts of Carniola began their work on June 1, 1850. The district court of Neumarktl was assigned the ten cadastral communities Bistrica (Feistritz), Duplje (Duplach), Kovor (Kaier), Križe (cross), Snično (Stenitschne), Sveta Ana (St. Anna), Sveta Katarina through the regional division of the Krains in March 1850 (St. Katharina), Svirče (Swirtschach), Tržič (Neumarktl) and Žiganja Vas (Siegersdorf). Together with the judicial districts Bischoflack (Škofja Loka) and Krainburg (Kranj), the judicial district Neumarktl formed the district of Krainburg.
