The Krainburg district ( Slovene : okraj Slovenji Kranj ) was a political district in the crown land of Carniola . With the areas of the judicial districts of Bischoflack (Škofja Loka), Krainburg (Kranj) and Neumarktl (Tržič), the district comprised parts of the Upper Carniola and had to be ceded to Yugoslavia as part of the Treaty of Saint-Germain in 1919, like the entire crown land .
