Tschernembl district

The Tschernembl district ( Slovene : okraj Črnomelj ) was a political district in the crown land of Carniola . The district included the areas of the judicial districts Möttling (Metlika) and Tschernembl (Črnomelj) the Bela krajina ( White Mark , White Carniola ). The district had to be ceded by Austria to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in the course of the Treaty of Saint-Germain in 1919, like the entire crown land of Carniola .
