The judicial district Treffen ( Slovene : sodni okraj Trebnje ) was a judicial district in the Kronland (Austria) Carniola, subordinate to the district court Treffen . It comprised parts of the political district of Rudolfswerth (Rudolfovo) and was added to the state of Yugoslavia in 1919 .

history

The judicial district meeting was created as a result of a ministerial lecture on August 6, 1849, in which the main features of the court division were determined. After the territorial division of the judicial districts and the allocation of the judicial districts to the newly established district authorities had been determined by the "Political Organizing Commission" in December 1849, the district courts of Carniola began their work on June 1, 1850. The district court meetings were the provincial division of Krain in March 1850, the 25 cadastral Aidovca (Haidowitz) Brezovca (Bresouza) Catez (Tschatesch) Češnovk (Kerschdorf) Doberniče (Döbernik) Dolga Njiva (Langenacker) Knežja Vas (Grafendorf ), Korita (Trögern), Lukovk (Lukouk), Mali Videm (Kleinweiden), Medvedje Selo (Bärnthal), Mirna (Neudegg), Moravče (Moräutsch), Ponikve (Ponique), Selo (Selo), Selo (Sela near Schönberg) , Ševnica (Scheinitz), Škovec (Skouz), Sveti Štefan (St. Stefan), Tihaboj (Tehaboi), Trebno (Treffen), Ukrog (Ukrog), Velika Loka (Grosslack), Verhtrebno (Obertreffen) and Vodice (Woditz) . Together with the judicial districts of Rudolfswerth (Rudolfovo) and Seisenberg (Žužemberk), the judicial district Treffen formed the district of Rudolfswerth.

The judicial district had a population of 10,084 present in 1880, with 10,034 people giving Slovene and 38 people German as the colloquial language. In 1910 10,145 people were expelled from the judicial district, of whom 10,103 spoke Slovene (99.6%) and 19 German (0.2%).

Due to the border provisions of the Treaty of Saint-Germain , which was concluded on September 10, 1919 , the judicial district Treffen was completely assigned to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.

Courthouse

As a result of the amalgamation of the cadastral municipalities into municipalities in 1910, the Seisenberg district comprised the five municipalities of Doberniče (Döbernik), Mirna (Neudegg), Sela pri Šumperku (Sela near Schönberg), Trebnje (Treffen) and Velika Loka (Grosslack),.
