The judicial district Loitsch ( Slovene : sodni okraj Logatec , until 1875 judicial district Planina, Slovene: sodni okraj Planina ) was a judicial district under the district court Loitsch in the crown land of Carniola . It comprised parts of the political district of Loitsch (Logatec) and was added to the state of Yugoslavia in 1919 . In 1910 the judicial district had the third smallest population and the eighth smallest area of the 31 judicial districts of Carniola.

history

Originally the judicial district was referred to as the Planina judicial district, the judicial district being created as a result of a ministerial lecture on August 6, 1849, in which the basic features of the court division were established. After the territorial division of the judicial districts and the allocation of the judicial districts to the newly established district authorities had been determined by the "Political Organizing Commission" in December 1849, the district courts of Carniola began their work on June 1, 1850. The district court of Planina was assigned the 22 cadastral communities Begne (Wigaun), Bezulak (Wesulak), Blekova Vas (Fleckendorf), Cirknica (Zirknitz), Dolenja Planina (Unterplanina), Dolenja Vas (Niederndorf), Dolenji Logatec through the regional division of Carniola in March 1850 (Unterloitsch), Gerčarevec (Gartschareuz), Gorenja Planina (Oberplanina), Gorenji Logatec (Kirchdorf), Grahovo (Grachowu), Hotederšica (Otederschitz), Kožljek (Koschleck), Laze (Lase), Rakek (Rakek), Ravnik (Raunik) , Selšček (Seuschtschek), Stermica (Stermza), Studeno (Kaltenfeld), Unec (Maunitz), Vlaka (Ulaka) and Žerovnica (Scheraunitz). If the judicial district of Planina was initially part of the Imperial and Royal District Commission Adelsberg, the judicial district was renamed Loitsch in the course of the final separation of administration and justice throughout the Habsburg Empire. The now judicial district Loitsch had to surrender the communities Kaltenfeld and Sterzma to the judicial district Adelsberg and in return received the communities Rovte (Gereuth) and Žibrše (Sibersche) from the judicial district Oberlaibach, with Žibrše later being incorporated into Rovte. On March 10, 1867, the now judicial district of Loitsch with the judicial districts of Idria and Laas formed the district of Loitsch. However, the district court and the district administration did not begin their work in Loitsch until September 20, 1875. The judicial district of Loitsch experienced a considerable loss of territory and population on January 1, 1894 through the establishment or separation of the judicial district of Zirknitz , whereby the relatively large community from the judicial district with 5,311 inhabitants and an area of 119.23 km² in 1890 was responsible for its formation Loitsch was eliminated.
