Ģirts Lilienfelds (born December 4, 1982 in Dobele ) is a former Latvian handball player . From 2008 he was under contract with the German second division ThSV Eisenach . Previously, Lilienfelds played for the Latvian club ASK Rīga . From summer 2015 he ran for the HSC 2000 Coburg . He ended his career after the 2017/18 season.

The backcourt player has played 78 international matches for the Latvian national handball team .

Lilienfelds is married and has two sons.
