İbrahim Ferdi Coşkun (born April 20, 1987 in Gaziantep ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

İbrahim Ferdi Coşkun started club football in the youth of Gaziantepspor . In 1998 he got a professional contract here, but played one season exclusively for the reserve team. In the summer of 2006 he was loaned to the third division Gaskispor for two seasons to give him the opportunity to gain match practice in a professional league. In 2008 he returned to Gaziantepspor and was henceforth a regular player. In the summer of 2007, Tolunay Kafkas took over the position of coach at Gaziantepspor and put Coşkun on the list of players with whom he is not planning for the new season. Since Coşkun could not find a club in the short term, he was demoted to reserve.

Finally, he left Gaziantepspor on loan in the spring of 2011 and went to the second division Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor . At Gaziantep BB he became a regular player straight away and only missed promotion to the Süper Lig with his team in the last game.

In summer 2011 he moved to Mersin İdman Yurdu . He was brought here at the request of the coach Nurullah Sağlam , with whom Coşkun already worked at Gaziantepspor. At the end of the season he returned to his former club Gaziantepspor.

For the 2013/14 season Coşkun signed with Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor. In February 2015, he moved to third division club Diyarbakır Büyükşehir Belediyespor .
