Ľubomír Luhový (born March 31, 1967 in Považská Bystrica ) is a former Slovak football player .

Career

society

Luhový started his career at MŠK Púchov . He then played for FK Inter Bratislava (1986 and 1988-1990) and FK Dukla Banská Bystrica (1986-1988). In the 1989/90 season he was the top scorer in the Czechoslovak football championship with 20 goals . In 1990 he switched to FC Martigues . He then played with Urawa Red Diamonds (1994) and Spartak Trnava (1997-1998). In 1997/98 he was the top scorer of the Mars superliga with 17 goals . He then played for Grazer AK and FC Petržalka in 1898 . In 2000 he ended his playing career.

National team

In 1990 Luhový made his debut for the Czechoslovak national football team . He has played a total of eleven international matches for Czechoslovakia and Slovakia.
