Šićki Brod ( Cyrillic Шићки Брод) is a district in the west of Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina , on the right bank of the Jala . It belongs to the Tuzla canton in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina . Šićki is the location of the Tuzla power plant .
history
Šićki Brod as an independent, inhabited district has existed since the 1991 census and was created when it was separated from Tuzla . There is also a Sinti & Roma settlement in Šićki Brod .
Demographics
At the 2013 census, Šićki Brod had 1,367 inhabitants. The majority of the population are Bosniaks .
