The Škoda 24Tr is a low-floor trolleybus from the Czech manufacturer Škoda . 24 is the serial number, the abbreviation Tr stands for Trolejbus . The articulated version Škoda 25Tr , which is otherwise identical, is derived from the 24Tr . 285 vehicles have been produced since 2004.

An Irisbus Citybus 12M from the Czech manufacturer Karosa is used as the body . The body is self-supporting, the vehicle has two axles, with only the rear axle being driven. The trolleybus is consistently low-floor , only a few seats in the front area are raised. Depending on the sub-series, a diesel engine or a battery is available as an auxiliary drive.
