The Škoda 25Tr is a trolleybus from the Czech manufacturer Škoda . 25 is the consecutive series number, the abbreviation Tr stands for Trolejbus . The 25Tr is the articulated version of the otherwise identical Škoda 24Tr . The first run took place on May 1, 2005.
An Irisbus Citybus 18M from the Czech manufacturer Karosa is used as the body . The body is self-supporting, the vehicle has three axles, with only the third axle being driven.
Version 25TrBT
The vehicles manufactured from 2007 onwards are given the designation 25TrBT. They are almost entirely low-floor, all have an auxiliary diesel drive and meet the Euro 4 emissions standard.
Deliveries
The 25Tr series cars have so far only been delivered to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
