(10542) Ruckers is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 2 February 1992 by Eric Walter Elst from the European Southern Observatory was discovered. It has a diameter of 7.4 kilometers.

The asteroid is named after the Flemish harpsichord maker Hans Ruckers .
