(2481) Bürgi is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on October 18, 1977 by the Swiss astronomer Paul Wild from the Zimmerwald Observatory at the University of Bern .

The asteroid is named after the watchmaker and instrument maker Jost Bürgi (1552–1632).
