(4114) Jasnorzewska is a main belt asteroid that was discovered on August 19, 1982 by Zdeňka Vávrová from the Kleť Observatory .

The asteroid was named after the Polish poet Maria Jasnorzewska-Pawlikowska (1891–1945).
