(4320) Jarosewich is a main belt asteroid that was discovered on March 1, 1981 as part of the UK Schmidt-Caltech Asteroid Survey by Schelte John Bus from the Siding Spring Observatory .

The asteroid was named after the chemist Eugene Jarosewich (* 1926).
