100 Code (also known as The 100 Code / The Hundred Code ) is a Swedish - German co-produced drama series starring Dominic Monaghan and Mikael Nyqvist . The series is the first international co-production of the German pay TV broadcaster Sky . The German first broadcast took place on March 14, 2015 on Sky Krimi . ZDFneo showed the series on free-to-air television from November 8, 2016.

New York detective Tommy Conley (Dominic Monaghan) is supposed to help uncover a particularly gruesome series of murders in Stockholm: young, blonde, blue-eyed women are found murdered at regular intervals near bodies of water and fields of flowers. The New Yorker has to work with the Swedish investigator Mikael Eklund (Michael Nyqvist). The two hate each other, both fight their own demons. After initial problems, the investigators track down a series of murders that are not limited to New York and Stockholm, as initially thought, but are much larger.
