158th Field Training Division

The 158th Field Training Division was a German infantry division during World War II . The division was set up in March 1945 as a field training division for Army Group Center near Troppau in the Sudetenland . At the end of the war in 1945, the division was taken prisoner by the Soviets . The field training divisions were used to train substitute teams for front divisions.
