use

The building was bought by the Canadian company CanWest after completion and served as its headquarters. On September 1, 2008, the television broadcaster Global Winnipeg (KKND-DT) moved into the building. At the end of 2012, the Canadian company RBC-Dominion Securities moved to the top floors. In addition to other tenants in the building, there are several shops, restaurants and cafes on the ground floor and the reception hall. Due to the central location of the building, a large screen was installed in 2009, which displays advertising, news, weather and other local information.
