The 4th Corps of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina ( Bosnian Četvrti korpus Armije Republike Bosne i Hercegovine ), based in Mostar , was one of seven corps of the Bosnian government army . The 4th Corps was set up on November 17, 1992 at the beginning of the Bosnian War .
