45 Broad Street is a planned super- skyscraper in New York City that was first unveiled to the public in 2015. The construction was approved.

45 Broad Street is to be built in Lower Manhattan , more precisely in the Financial District , where Wall Street is based. According to current plans, the building should reach a height of 340 meters and have 84 floors. With a usable area of only 1300 m², one can assume that this skyscraper will have a very slim shape.
Currently (as of January 2017) the last remaining building is being demolished. The construction site itself is already being cleaned and should be prepared for the foundation work.
