702nd Infantry Division (Wehrmacht)

The 702nd Infantry Division was a German infantry division during World War II . The division was formed in May 1941 in the 15th wave of formation from recruits from Wehrkreis II and was stationed exclusively in Norway in the Drontheim area. In May 1945, the unit went into Norwegian captivity .
