900 Biscayne Bay is the name of a skyscraper located in Miami . The foundation stone for the building was laid in 2005. Three years later, in 2008, the skyscraper was ready for occupancy. With a height of 198 meters, it is the third tallest building in Miami, after the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower with 240 meters and the 233 meters high Southeast Financial Center . It is also the tallest existing building in Miami that is used exclusively for apartments. 900 Biscayne Bay has a total of 65 floors with 516 residential apartments. 13 elevators were installed in the building.
