The road branches off the A44 road at Rushwick, west of Worcester , and heads south-west via Leigh Sinton to the A465 road north-east of Hereford , runs a short distance with it and continues straight west, while the A465, which is from here becomes the primary route, continues to Hereford. The A4103 becomes a simple country road, crosses the A49 road and ends on the A480 road at the Stretton Sugwas bypass.
