Most of the teams stayed with the ADAC Procar in 2011 as well. While the 2010 championship team, Liqui Moly Team Engstler, used up to five BMWs in the previous year, only last year's runner-up Johannes Leidinger should start in 2011. Yaco Racing fielded two Toyotas again. The Swiss team Rikli Motorsport brought the Hondas from last year as well as the Mercedes C200 from Thate Motorsport for one race. The latter switched to a BMW 320si. The 2010 Division 3 champion Andreas Kast now drove in an Audi A4 in Division 1. Racing Team Kaul, which was the only Opel in the starting field, has also been promoted from Division 3. It was the same vehicle that finished third in Division 3 the previous year. In Division 2 there were vehicles from the Ford, Peugeot and Citroën brands. Last year's champion Guido Thierfelder drove again for ETH Tuning. With Saskia Müller and Ulrike Krafft, two female drivers also took part in almost every race. At the age of 17 Niklas Mackschin made his debut in the ADAC Procar.
