A Fábrica do Poema is the third album by the Brazilian singer-songwriter Adriana Calcanhotto . It was released in 1994. The album combines own compositions with references to well-known composers such as Chico Buarque . For a title she worked with the poet Augusto de Campos . Mayrton Bahia was responsible as producer . The album was awarded a gold record for more than 100,000 copies sold in their home country .

He rates it as her most sincere effort, in which she seeks her own artistic expression within the marketing concept (“searching for self expression within the marketable industry concept”). She radiates a longing for independence that is faced with business formalities (“displaying a desire of independence faced with commercial formulas”).
