Aaskov municipality was a Danish municipality in what was then Ringkjøbing Amt in Jutland until December 2006 . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Herning Municipality together with the “old” Herning Municipality , the Aulum-Haderup Municipality and the Trehøje Municipality .
