Thyholm Municipality was a Danish municipality in what was then Ringkjøbing Office in Jutland until December 2006 . Since January 2007, she, together with the "old" community Struer the new Struer municipality . It is located on the Thyholm peninsula in the western part of the Limfjord .
Thyholm Municipality was newly formed as part of the administrative reform of 1970 and comprised the following Sogn :

- Jegindø Sogn ( Refs Herred )
- Lyngs Sogn ( Refs Herred )
- Odby Sogn ( Refs Herred )
