Abdelhadi Tazi
Abdelhadi Tazi ( Arabic عبد الهادي التازي, DMG ʿAbd al-Hādī at-Tāzī ; * 1921 ; † April 2, 2015 in Rabat ) was a Moroccan historian and writer. He was the ambassador of Morocco in various countries (in Baghdad , Tripoli , Tehran and the United Arab Emirates ) and is a founding member of the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco ( Arabic أكاديمية المملكة المغربية/ Royal Moroccan Academy). He was a member of the academies in Cairo , Amman and Damascus .
He first studied theology at the University of al-Qarawīyīn in Fez .
He was one of the 138 signatories of the open letter a common word between us and you ( Engl. A Common Word Between Us and You ), the personalities of Islam to "leaders of Christian churches everywhere" (Engl. "Leaders of Christian Churches, everywhere ... ") (October 13, 2007).
