Abdulrahman Khamis (born January 28, 1993 ) is a Bahraini long jumper who is also active in sprinting .

Athletic career

Abdulrahman Khamis gained his first international experience at the 2013 Asian Championships in Pune , where he was eliminated with 6.77 m in qualification. The following year he took part in the Asian Indoor Championships in Hangzhou and was eleventh there with 6.89 m. In 2015 he reached fifth place at the Arab Championships in Manama and was eliminated again in the qualification at the Asian Championships in Wuhan with 6.98 m. In 2018 he took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time , where he finished fifth in the Bahraini 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 03.97 min.
