Toralf Vetterick and Michael Kitzeder are founders and since 1998 also head of the academy. Vetterick is responsible for the organizational management, while Kitzeder is responsible for the commercial management, the production management and the artistic production management.

The Abraxas Musical Academy is recognized as a state-approved vocational school by the Bavarian State Ministry for Science, Research and Art and is therefore eligible for BAföG , and is operated in the legal form of a GmbH & Co. KG . The academy is housed in a commercial building in the backyard on the corner of Hofmannstrasse and Zielstattstrasse in the Sendling district of Munich .

Musical education

The students are trained in dance , singing , acting , musicals and theory for three years . The academy has around ten graduates each year.

The 25-strong international team of teachers includes dance, drama and singing teachers. Guest lecturers are also regularly invited.

Full training at the Abraxas Musical Academy includes the opportunity to appear in various productions after the first semesters. Every year there are two theater productions in the theater and four studio evenings on the studio stage for all age groups. Further performance opportunities are offered every year in the Deutsches Theater in Munich or in the Thermenwelt Erding . In addition, events, promotions and television recordings in the areas of musicals, dance, singing and acting were organized at home and abroad.

In addition to the final exam at the Abraxas Musical Academy, the exam can also be taken before the ZAV artist agency .
