Achim Geimer
Achim Geimer (* 1967 ) is a German television presenter and television journalist .
Life
Achim Geimer first completed an apprenticeship as a banker . He then studied journalism , psychology and political science in Munich and Mainz . He made his first television experience as a freelancer at Hessischer Rundfunk .
From July 1996 to April 2012 he moderated the news program Country Time on MDR regularly .
From 1998 to 2005 he also moderated the weekly game show Tele-Bingo in over 400 programs together with Tatjana Meissner , also on MDR.
As a producer, he was responsible for fashion shoots in the USA for a German mail order company . Today, in addition to his own television activities, he primarily develops TV concepts. He also works as a presenter and moderator at cultural events and charity events, e.g. B. in the Leipzig Zoo .
Achim Geimer lives in Berlin .
