Architecture and history
The four-storey plastered building was built around 1900. The representative facade is designed in the style of eclecticism and features neo-baroque and neo-renaissance forms . The center of the facade is crowned with a dwarf house , which is spanned by a curved gable. To the right of this is a two-axis risalit . The entrance area on the left is decorated with columns.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 82203 .
The building is seen as defining the street scene.
