Action Bronson (* 2. December 1983 as Arian Asllani in Flushing , Queens , New York ) is an American rapper , cooking and painting.

biography

Arian Asllani was born in 1983 in Flushing, Queens (New York) to an Albanian immigrant and a Jewish New Yorker . He is a trained chef, which is often reflected in his texts. He also hosts his own online cooking show called " Action in the Kitchen ". At the end of 2012, Action Bronson performed for the first time in front of a larger audience in Germany . He is under contract with Vice Records and Atlantic Records . Action Bronson is particularly known for his striking appearance (red beard and corpulent appearance) and his idiosyncratic way of performing the rhymes particularly quickly. In 2014 he was heard on rapper Chuck Inglish's album "Convertibles" on the track "Gametime" produced by The Alchemist . Action Bronson's debut album Mr. Wonderful was released in March 2015 . On Metacritic , the album with an average rating of 76/100 points stands. Aria Nejati from Hiphop.de wrote that the album contained " appropriately placed and neatly worked out samples from all over the world, [which] [are] carefully mixed with jazz and blues elements ". Bronson bring “ enough musical understanding to deal with the instrumentals appropriately ”.
