Adam Fenton , better known as Adam F , (born February 14, 1972 in Liverpool ) is an English jungle - and drum-and-bass - DJ and producer .

Life

Adam Fenton is the son of Alvin Stardust and Iris Caldwell Fenton.

His first own drum and bass production, the single Circles , was named Single of the Year at the Hardcore Dance Awards in 1996. His first hit was the Techstep classic Metropolis / Mother Earth , released in 1997 on the Metalheadz label. He became known to the wider public with the track The Tree Knows Everything , to which Tracey Thorn from Everything But The Girl contributed the vocals (debut album Colors 1997 - Everything But The Girl was at the top of the chart with the album Walking Wounded ). In 1998 Adam F. won a MOBO award for the album Colors . He also celebrated success in the hip-hop genre with KAOS - The anti-acoustic warfare . He also composed the score for Ali G in da House .

Adam F is the founder and co-owner of the British record label Breakbeat Kaos .
