Adam Sporleder

Johann Adam Sporleder (born December 25, 1772 in Jesberg ; † July 31, 1846 there ) was a German farmer , mayor and member of parliament .

Sporleder was the son of the farmer in Jesberg Johann Henrich Sporleder (1745-1822) and his wife Anna Christine nee Schröder (1744-1778), the daughter of a farmer in Zwesten. Sporleder, who was a Protestant denomination, married Wilhelmine Brom (born March 11, 1780 - November 17, 1819), a daughter of the butcher Conrad Brom from Rauschenberg , on June 8, 1798 . On April 9, 1820, he married Sophie Trieschmann (March 14, 1791; † April 29, 1860), a daughter of the grocer Hermann Trieschmann from Treysa .

He lived as a farmer (economist) and brandy distiller in Jesberg. From June 2, 1808 to October 26, 1813 he was a member of the imperial estates of the Kingdom of Westphalia for the department of the Werra and the electoral group of landowners. From April 20, 1838 to July 12, 1838 he was a member of the Hessian Estates Assembly for the constituency of Ziegenhain-Land. From May 1809 to August 1811 he was Maire (Mayor) of Jesberg.
