KK Adeka ( Japanese 株式会社 ADEKA , kabushiki kaisha Adeka ; English Adeka Corp. ) is a Japanese chemical company. It mainly produces additives for polymers such as dyes , plasticizers , flame retardants and anti-aging agents , but also electronic materials and processed fats . The additives are sold under the brand name ADK STAB .

In 2000, the Adeka Palmarole joint venture was founded. In 2008 Adeka completely took over the parent company from Rousset in France.

Before 2006 the company was called Asahi Denka Kōgyō ( 旭電 化工業 ) KK, English Asahi Denka Co., Ltd.
