Adolf Küppersbusch

Adolf Küppersbusch (born July 16, 1901 in Gelsenkirchen , † August 4, 1971 in Rinkerode ) was a German entrepreneur and business manager .

Life

Adolf Küppersbusch was a grandson of the company's founder Friedrich Küppersbusch . After graduating from high school, he studied economics . In 1922 he became a member of the Corps Vitruvia Munich. He completed his studies with a degree in economics . In 1929 he was at the University of Frankfurt for Dr. rer. pole. PhD .

Then Adolf Küppersbusch joined his family's company, the stove factory F. Küppersbusch & Söhne AG , based in Gelsenkirchen , founded by his grandfather . In 1945 he became a member and in 1955 chairman of the board. Since 1966 he was a member of the supervisory board .

For many years, Adolf Küppersbusch was a member of the board of the Association of the Heating and Cooking Appliance Industry . He was also a member of the Essen / Dortmund / Duisburg Advisory Board of Deutsche Bank AG and acted as a commercial judge .
