Adrián Colombo , full name Adrián Arley Colombo Reyes , (born March 28, 1974 in Montevideo ) is a former Uruguayan football player and current coach.

Career

Player activity

The 1.83-meter-tall offensive player Colombo belonged to Huracán Buceo's team at the beginning of his career in 1993 . In 1994 he played for the Club Atlético Cerro . The following year, the Huracán Football Club was his employer. From 1996 to the end of February 1998 a career station at Club Atlético Progreso followed . From the Montevidean Colombo moved to Deportivo Táchira for five months . He returned to Progreso from Venezuela . At the beginning of 1999 he joined Juventud . After three years at the club from Las Piedras , he left the club in early January 2003 in favor of El Tanque Sisley . From August of that year Colombo was again under contract with Progreso. At the beginning of January 2004, the Indonesian club Persib Bandung signed him . From 2005 to 2008 he was also involved in Indonesia at Petrokimia . In 2009 he was again a member of the Progresos squad.

Coaching career

After his active career, Colombo started a career as a coach. In April 2013, he initially briefly took over the position of head coach at Central Español . After Óscar Pacheco took over the coaching position at the club from Montevideo for a few weeks , he replaced it in May 2013 and remained responsible for the team until June 2014. From September 2014 to March 2015 he coached the Club Atlético Torque team in the Segunda División . He was then head coach at Huracán Football Club from March 2015 to September that year .
