Adrian Duminicel

Adrian Duminicel (born September 30, 1980 in Bucharest ) is a former Romanian bobsleigh driver .

Duminicel began bobsleigh in 1999 and was included in the national team that same year. In 2002 he took part in the 2002 Winter Olympics. In Salt Lake City he reached the 25th place with the pilot Florin Enache . In the Romanian four-man bobsleigh, he finished 21st. At the 2005 Bobsleigh World Championships in Calgary he reached 29th place with a two-man push and 21st with a four-man, with Mihai Iliescu as the driver .

In 2006 Duminicel took part in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin . With the pilot Nicolae Istrate he finished 24th in the two-man bobsleigh and 22nd place with the four-man bobsleigh. In the 2007/08 season Duminicel played his last world cup races. He was nominated as a substitute athlete for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver .

Adrian Duminicel is the son of Ion Duminicel , who was also a bobsledder and took part in the 1980 and 1984 Winter Olympics.
