Tin Star is a television series of the British broadcaster Sky Atlantic , which is produced as a British series in Canada . In German-speaking countries, the series has been on the local version of the broadcasting station, Sky Atlantic HD, since November 6, 2017 . The series was extended for a second season. This was published in the period from January 24th to March 21st, 2019. A third and final season has been ordered and will play in Liverpool , England .

Former London undercover police detective Jim Worth is the new police chief of Little Big Bear, a small town on the edge of the Canadian Rockies, where he and his family of four moved to escape a violent past. But thanks to the chief of security at North Stream Oil, the oil company that rules the town, Worth's past catches up with him, so he and his wife, Angela, conjure up Jim's violent, alcoholic alter ego, Jack Devlin, a product of his multiple personality disorder, to fight those attacking their family.
