Adrian Grünberg

Adrian Grünberg (born March 14, 1975 ) is a film director .

Life

Grünberg comes from a Jewish Argentine family and grew up in Spain. He later moved to Mexico , where he settled in Mexico City . He has worked as an assistant director or as a director in the second unit on films with such as Perdita Durango (1997), Amores Perros (2000), Traffic (2000) and Wall Street: Money Doesn't Sleep (2010). His first directorial work is the 2012 film Get the Gringo with producer and leading actor Mel Gibson , for whom Grünberg had previously worked for Apocalypto (2006). Other activities as assistant director or second unit director include the television series Sense8 , Narcos and Narcos: Mexico as well as the film Jack Reacher: No way back (2016). Adrian Grünberg's second assignment as a feature film director came about with the action film Rambo: Last Blood with Sylvester Stallone in the lead role.
