The house registered in the Quedlinburg monument register is located in the northern part of the Quedlinburg old town. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . Aegidiikirchhof 6, which is also a listed building, is adjacent to the building to the west .

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered building dates from the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered facade has decorative forms typical for the construction period. St. Andrew's crosses are inserted into the parapet of the slightly overhanging upper floor . In the literature, the building is mentioned as a late form of the use of fan rosettes . In addition, there are taw rod and star rollers . In the baroque era , the compartments were given an ornamental brickwork. The entrance and windows were changed during the classicism period .

The building was renovated in 2016 by the architects qbatur .
