Afghanistan Premier League 2018/19

The Afghan Premier League 2018/19 was the first season of the Twenty20 discharged format Afghan Premier League for Afghan Cricket - franchises . It took place in the United Arab Emirates from October 5 to 21, 2018 . In the final Balkh Legends was able to prevail against Kabul Zwanan with 4 wickets.

Corruption case

On May 10, 2020, Shafiqullah , who plays for the Nangarhar Leopards and the Afghan national team , was banned from all forms of cricket for six years for corruption offenses at this tournament and the 2018/19 Bangladesh Premier League .
