Agia Paraskevi ( Greek Αγία Παρασκευή ) is a municipality in the municipality of Dytiki Lesvos on the Greek island of Lesbos . The centrally located municipality extends over 117.697 km² northeast of the Gulf of Kalloni . It has 5269 inhabitants (2011) and consists of the municipality of Agia Paraskevi and the local community Napi. Neighboring parishes are Kalloni in the west, Petra and Mandamados in the north, Loutropolis-Thermi and Evergetoulas in the east and Polichnitos in the south .

Administrative division

The municipality of Agia Paraskevi emerged as part of the 2010 administrative reform from the municipality of the same name, which was founded on the occasion of the 1997 territorial reform from the two rural communities of Agia Paraskevi and Klomidados (renamed Napi in 1950), founded in 1918. Since the correction of the administrative reform in 2019, Agia Paraskevi belongs to the municipality of Dytiki Lesvos .
