Ahlebeck, also Alebetzky, Albecki, Albetzki, Albetski is the name of a noble family from Lauenburg in eastern Pomerania .

history

Franz Ahlebeck was enfeoffed in 1571 with three parts on the village of Ahlbeck , 5 km east of Lauenburg and immediately adjacent to the then estate of the von Tauenzien family . 1601 also Andreas Ahlebeck. Jürgen Ahlebeck agrees. Wolzwosky is said to have been enfeoffed with Damerkow and in 1678 Jacob Alebitzki zu Schlutzkow is said to have been wealthy.

From the 17th century onwards, the Ahlbeck family emigrated completely to Lauenburg, Danzig , where u. a. an amber factory , which was successful up to the Second World War , was founded, and the Putziger Land from. Today the family lives in the aforementioned Pomeranian regions in and around Gdansk, as well as in the USA, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Spain and Australia.
