Ahmada Rweyemamu Ngemera
Ahmada Rweyemamu Ngemera (born May 12, 1950 in Bukoba , Tanganyika ) is a Tanzanian diplomat .
Ahmada R. Ngemera studied business administration at the University of Dar es Salaam (graduated in 1976) and political and administrative science at the University of Wisconsin – Madison (graduated in 1979). From 1993 to 2004 he worked in the Tanzanian Ministry of Industry and Trade, most recently as State Secretary. From 2004 to 2006 he was Deputy Secretary General of the East African Community , where he was responsible for finance and administration. He has been the ambassador of Tanzania in Germany since 2006 and to the Holy See since 2008 .
Ngemera is a widower and has three daughters.
