Ahmed Bahnini

Ahmed Bahnini ( Arabic أحمد بحنيني, DMG Aḥmad Baḥnīnī ; * 1909 in Fez ; † July 10, 1971 in Rabat , Morocco) was Prime Minister of Morocco from November 13, 1963 to June 7, 1965 . He was also President of the Supreme Court and Minister of Tourism until his death.

He was killed during an attempted republican coup (Skhirat putsch) against King Hassan II on July 10, 1971 at Skhirat near Rabat . The king had invited to his palace for his birthday when the soldiers shot into the crowd of guests.
