Ahmet Akkuş (born January 1, 1944 in Bandırma ) is a former Turkish football player .
Career
Ahmet Akkuş began his career in 1966 in the Turkish 2nd division at Kütahyaspor . The midfielder played there until 1970 and came to 122 second division games and scored 46 goals.
Before the start of the 1970/71 season, he moved to the 1st Lig for Galatasaray Istanbul . In his first season with the yellow-reds he was Turkish champion. In the 1971/72 and 1972/73 seasons Galatasaray was able to defend the championship. In 1974 Ahmet Akkuş left Galatasaray and played one season for Zonguldakspor and ended his career in the summer of 1975.
